At Rain City Fence, we believe in a clear and transparent process. This means we

strive to offer you all the information you need before we build your fence.

Change to


  • We set up an on-site meeting so that we can understand your site and your needs.

  • Then we send a detailed written proposal for your review.

  • We will update the proposal based on your questions and feedback if needed. 

  • You can then approve your proposal by signing electronically online. (No printing, signing, scanning, and returning via email or snail mail required.)

  • We send you a bill for the 10% deposit, which can be paid with ACH, check or credit card.

  • We set a target start date.

  • 2-4 weeks prior to the planned start date, we order a utility locate.

  • About 1 week before the start date, we set up a pre-construction meeting to go over fence layout and go over an project specific information. We try to meet on the first day of construction, but can meet prior if our schedules don't aline.

  • Our team arrives on site to build the fence as specified in our proposal.

  • Our team keeps the project site clean and tidy, and we do an end of day cleanup, daily.  

  • On completion, our project lead does a final walk through with you to ensure the project has been built to our high standards.

  • We offer a 2-year warranty on your new fence.
